Statistics show that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer in her life regardless of whether they have family history.
In 2023 alone, an estimated 297,790 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in U.S. women.
A man’s lifetime risk of breast cancer is about 1 in 833.
Screening saves lives. Breast exams and mammograms are vital for early detection and women should follow the guidelines for screening within their age range, even with no signs or symptoms.
As a woman owned organization, Platinum Group Advisors wants to honor the more than 4 million women in the US who are in or have completed treatment by encouraging us all to empower the females in our lives to seek out self-care and preventative screenings. Early detection helps improve outcomes for EVERYONE. Talk to your physician about screening guidelines. Support the warriors currently in treatment. Celebrate the survivors!
